As a talented stroke-playing batsman, Roland Butcher scored over 12,000 first class runs in a career with Barbados, Middlesex and England. He also played semi-professional football, and has since become a top coach in both sports. Here, he reflects on becoming the first black cricketer to play for England; his successes with Middlesex; the current state of West Indies cricket; Jofra Archer; and introduces his latest publication "Achieving Excellence: Caribbean Soccer Coaching".

Brian Deane enjoyed a stellar career in professional football, representing England as a full international, taking in several successful spells at both Sheffield United and his home town club Leeds United, and including (among others) Benfica. In a compelling Part 2, Brian recounts his time in Portugal, Down Under in Perth, as well as management with Norwegian club Sarpsborg 08 and getting involved in ownership with a Kosovan Super League club.

Stuart Cummings MBE is perhaps best known for his #rugbyleague officiating and subsequent administrating career. As a referee, he officiated in two World Cup finals; four Challenge Cup finals and two Grand Finals. Stuart was also an accomplished cricketer, playing as wicketkeeper at Minor Counties level for Cheshire. He is currently both an ECB cricket liaison officer and the recently appointed International Rugby League Match Officials Manager.
