Brian Deane enjoyed a stellar career in professional football, representing England as a full international, taking in several successful spells at both Sheffield United and his home town club Leeds United, and including (among others) Benfica. From his childhood in Chapeltown, Leeds, through to the height of his career, Brian talks candidly about how he backed himself to 'make it', his potent partnership with Tony Agana, England honours, and some tough times in his first spell at Elland Road.
